300 Club

You’ve got to be in it, to win it!

Our 300 Club has been operating on a fairly low-key basis for some 20 years but continues to make an important contribution towards our fund-raising efforts throughout the year.  Currently we have 60 loyal members’ and we would like to grow the membership to increase both prize money and group funds.

For those who have not come across the concept this is how it works:

We can have up to 300 Members each of whom is invited to pay a minimum of £12.00 per year to the 300 Club. £12 is 1 entry to the draw per quarter, the more entries you would like the more multiples of £12 you would pay i.e., £24 would be 2 entries per quarter, £36 would be 3 and so on. 50% of the income would then be paid out in prize money each quarter.

With the full 300 members in the club, quarterly income would be £900 therefore the 50% prize fund would be set at £450. Over the course of the year £1800 would be drawn in prize money and £1800 would go to group funds to enhance the facilities and experiences on offer to the children across the sections.

You’ve got to be in it, to win it! So, if you’d like to be included in the next draw, please complete 300 Club Member Details, set up your payment on an annual basis to keep the smooth draw operations, accepted payments are by Standing Order/ Recurring Card payment, annual contributions can be increased at any point and good luck for the draw!

Prize winner details will be published on the website and our social media channels once the draw is concluded each quarter.

Should you have a query please do not hesitate to contact our group secretary.
