This is the 28th Ayrshire (Troon) Scout Group!
The talented Troon Singers are hosting a concert in aid of the 28th as we continue to raise funds to secure and improve the facilities we are able to provide to everyone who uses our halls spaces in Troon. Any monies raised over the £45,000 needed for the purchase of the building and land will go towards the improvement phase of our project.
To purchase a concert ticket please contact Troon Singers, pop into Words & Music, purchase from a choir member or on the day at the door.

At the weekend 50 scouts and explorers took part in a 17km hike around Alloway and Doonfoot followed by a Zodiac at Greenan Shore.
The hike started at Ayr Harbour and took us through Belleisle and Rozelle parks with lunch by the pond in Rozelle. After sheltering from the rain in Rozelle we walked out to the old Dunure railway footpath and walked back into Alloway where we spent some time exploring around the village. Then it was on to the hidden Cambusdoon estate before going back on to the old railway and through the recently refurbished Alloway Tunnel. Then the end point was in sight, Greenan Castle!
Some of the scouts and explorers then stayed on for an overnight zodiac with everyone cooking their dinner on Trangia stoves. Even after a full day walking the scouts wanted to head out to the local chippy so off we went again. Thanks to Fish plus for the amazing service.
