Booking Process

Choose your dates from the calendar below. Then send us an email requesting a booking. We will send you a booking form to complete, and block your dates with ‘Enquiry’. This will be held for up to three weeks to enable you to complete and return your form with your deposit. On receipt of your deposit, the ‘Enquiry’ will be changed to ‘Booking’. If we do not hear back from you by the third week, or if you let us know that you do not wish to proceed, we will remove the ‘Enquiry’ from the calendar. Approximately three weeks before your booking date we will send you a reminder that the balance payment is required.
